Today is National Coffee Day, and I am very excited about it. As a lover of coffee, and an avid consumer or the drink that I consider a food group, I want to spread the celebration!
Coffee is an essential part of my life and my work. I never write, teach, or prepare to do both without coffee. And I drink so much of it that I can go to sleep after a nice cup of rich coffee!
So, indulge and have a wonderful cup (or several) of the heavenly brew! No matter how your prepare it or where you consume it, enjoy a mug of coffee today!

I do also appreciate a good cup of coffee, Charles. In the last years, I have changed drinking it in the evening, as I also need a good sleep and had some challenges with the intake of too much coffee.

That is right. Earlier I did drink much too much coffee daily. Today I enjoy less cups, but enjoy the coffee itself much more.

I’ve just had my fifth huge (1 UK pint) mug of the day and I’m off to bed (decaf from 5pm onwards though).

Coffee the fuel of my writing engine. I try to only drink one cup a day though, my insomnia flare with too much, but I love it!
