Hello World. It is still a beautiful place, if you focus on the positive and share that. A smile is worth a thousand words to someone who lives alone. If you add a good morning/ afternoon/ evening to you smile it can make a world of difference to their life.

My grandmother told to smile and say good morning to elderly people because that might have be the only contact they have had with someone else for days.

Who came up with this brilliant little slip idea? I’ve saved it. I read much of Sarah Ban Breathnach’s work way back in the 90’s, I think. Still have some of her books. I may print out a few of those slips and see what I can do with them as soon as I’m up and running again. . Thanks for sharing this. We need more kindness in the world.
