Speaking of helping, one surefire way to alleviate stress and anxiety is to extend a helping hand to others. Whether it’s donating money or blood, or assisting elderly or other at risk neighbors, there’s a lot we can do to help people who are the most vulnerable. Michigan Health has a wonderful list that includes helpful suggestions and links to various places, as well as tips for self-care. The most important thing to remember is that while we may be forced into social distancing, we’re all in this together.Â
I agree. While we may need to physically distance ourselves, there’s no need for spiritual distancing!
